By registering your child for the Sky-High Sports program, you acknowledge that participation in the activity involves rick of injury. You agree to release and hold harmless Sky-High Sports, coaches, staff, volunteers and affiliates from any liability arising from participation. You also certify that your child is physically able to take participate and grant permission for emergency treatment. A parent of legal guardian must agree to this waiver before their child can take part in the activities.
